Reservations Terms & Conditions

For tables over 6 people we kindly ask you to contact us by phone.
A valid credit card is necessary to guarantee your reservation no fee will be charged on your card.
If the reservation were to result in a “no show” of the person, will be charged a amount of € 150 per person booked, In case of cancellation, communicated to us in writing at least 48 hours to the address: info@confusion-restaurant.com, this amount will not be forfeited and, therefore, no charge will be applied. Late modifications regarding the number of guests will be charged of €150 per cancelled seating.
Dress Code: no special clothing is required for our guests but we recommend a casual elegant outfit.
Children: we are happy to welcome children. We have children’s menus prepared by our Chef. If you decide to bring children, we kindly ask you to inform us when you book your reservation.
Pets: dogs are welcome in our restaurant. We kindly ask you to report their presence in advance.
Car: if you wish to arrive by car, near the restaurant there is an underground indoor parking not managed by us.
Allergies: we are very sensitive to allergies and intolerances and for this reason we ask you to inform us in advance so that we can organize and present you with an ad hoc proposal.
